How long does it take for the moss & lichen to clear?
The treatment starts working immediately, but moss and lichen don’t disappear overnight. Over the following weeks you will notice the color change and then it will naturally break down and wash away with rain and weather exposure over the following 4 - 12 months.
Is high pressure cleaning used?
No. We do not use high-pressure cleaning on tiled roofs. High pressure can cause damage and shorten the life of your roof. Our treatment method is safe, effective, and roof-friendly.
Is the gutter clean really free?
Yes. When you book a roof moss treatment, we include a full gutter clean at no extra cost. We need to make sure the gutters are clear prior to spraying so that the treatment can properly drain
What happens if it rains after treatment?
Light rain won’t affect the treatment. The product bonds to the roof surface and continues working even after rainfall. In fact, rain can help activate the treatment over time. If however there is heavy rain within 6 hours of us spraying, we will come back and re-spray it completely free of charge.
